Description
Ken Steacy Epic Illustrated #6 "Life Hutch" Double Page Spread 21-22 Original Art (Marvel, 1981). The pilot's unconscious flashback ends with a revelation that might lead to his survival on this two-page collage spread from the short story "Life Hutch" adapted from writer Harlan Ellison's "Earth-Kyba War" series. This was later released in the 1987 anthology Night and the Enemy by Comico, a limited edition from Graffiti Designs, and re-issued by Dover Books in 2015. Ink and acrylic on illustration board with an image area of 18.5" x 13.5". Signed by Steacy in the lower left image area and Ellison in the bottom margin. Tape marks in the margins, tape abrasions and residue along the top edge, with corner creasing and light edge/handling wear. In Very Good condition.More information about Ken Steacy.
