From Warren's legendary anti-war magazine Blazing Combat, "The Trench" drops readers into a World War I hell of mud, rats, and suicide patrols, as John Severin turns the very trench into a character and delivers a grim twist about the only "safety" war leaves behind. Ink and wash over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 10.5" x 15". Toning, with minor marginal staining, whiteout touch-ups/highlights, light smudging, edge/corner creasing, and handling wear. In Very Good condition.
