Description
John Buscema, Tom Palmer, and Tom Morgan The Avengers #300 Story Page 37 Original Art (Marvel, 1989). This page from near the end of the story "Inferno²" features four of the current five-person team. Thor and Gilgamesh (aka "The Forgotten One") are in Panel 1-3, and Mr. Fantastic and the Invisible Woman are in Panels 4-5 (with Franklin Richards). Big John Buscema provided the layouts, and Tom Palmer provided the finished pencils and inks with help from Tom Morgan. According to Tom Morgan himself, he inked the last five pages from Buscema's breakdowns. Ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 10" x 15". All text is hand-lettered paste-up.
