Description

Howard Chaykin Rawhide Kid #2 Story Page 6 Original Art (Marvel, 2010). The Rawhide Kid gets a hard edged revival as Chaykin applies pulp instincts to classic western storytelling. The argument fades into silence after Doc Holliday kills his fourth man with a hairpin. He gathers Annie and moves toward the door. The sheriff is waiting, firm in his claim that four killings cannot pass. Ink over blue pencil on Marvel Bristol board with an image area of 9.25" x 15.75". Signed by Chaykin in Panel 5. Faded inks and paste-up art corrections, and white paint touch-ups. In Excellent condition.
