Howard Chaykin Blackhawk #1 Story Page 35 original Art (DC, 1988). To the surprise of Jonas Prohaska, aka Blackhawk, Natalie Reed has a plane ready for them to take off and track down Death Mayhew. Skillfully rendered to the page by Howard Chaykin's highly detailed but reliably gritty drafting hand. Rendered in ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 12" x 17". The toned board has discolored production tape and tape residue in the margins. Blue pencil editorial marks, art correction paste-up in Panel 1, light handling wear, and hand-lettered text paste-ups in Panels 1, 2, and 4. In very Good condition.
