Description

H. G. Peter Wonder Woman Partial Panel Page Original Art (DC, 1940s). Peter produced more than 4,000 pages of Wonder Woman art, but only a handful survive on the collector's market, and the small selection would be even smaller if not for partial pages like this one. Many of the partial strips are from unused inventory stories, and this one wasn't published at the time it was produced. It finally was, though, decades later in DC Special #3 (1969) as the middle tier on page 9 of "The Cheetah's Thought Prisoners." Nice content with the magic lasso, Steve Trevor, and the Cheetah reference. Ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 13" x 5.75". Pinholes. Top border of Panel 3 is cut off. Very Good condition.
