Description

H. G. Peter Wonder Woman #31 Unpublished Story Page 4-B Original Art (DC, 1948). In 20 years this is only the third full Wonder Woman page drawn by Wondy's Golden Age artist, H. G. Peter, that Heritage has offered. Here, Diana Prince is looking as lovely as ever, and especially so in the middle panel with an iconic transformation into Wonder Woman. Steve Trevor is also pictured. This unpublished page is noted as being page 4-B from issue #31-B. It was eventually published in Wonder Woman #196 in 1971, for the "Wonder Woman: Then and Now" segment. Ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 13" x 17.75". Mild overall toning, corner creases and edge wear, the bottom tier has been scored and re-taped on the back side, there is an image paste-up correction in first panel, spots of whiteout corrections, and smudging. In Very Good condition.
