A young Bane struggles to find his place within Peña Duro Penitentiary after his mother's death, on this page from the issue that featured his first appearance and unveiled the backstory of one of Batman's most formidable foes. Ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 10" x 15". Presents with whiteout, a page number paste-up, a few small spot stains (mostly in the margins), and minor handling wear.
