Glenn Fabry Lobo: Portrait of a Victim Cover Original Art (DC, 1993). The interstellar mercenary Lobo was introduced and underused during the 1980s, and remained in limbo until his revival as hard-boiled anti-hero biker in the early 1990s. This version of Lobo was intended to be an over-the-top parody of Marvel's Wolverine, and in 2000, Marvel returned the favor with the character "Dirty Wolff", a large blue skinned man who drove a demonic motorcycle, appearing in Deadpool #41. This fraggin' fun cover by British comics artist by Glenn Fabry, known for his detailed work, is a must for any Lobo fan! Mixed media on illustration board with an image area of 10.5" x 16". Light rippling at the bottom left, corner creasing, with some marginal smudging and staining. Note: the spot stain on Lobo's neck was there when printed. In Excellent condition.
