George Papp Superboy #127 Story Page 21 Insect Queen Original Art (DC, 1966). The story "The Strange Insect Lives of Lana Lang!" brought the us the second appearance of Lana Lang as "Insect Queen", and the first appearance of her B-Boi... Bee-Boy! As Insect Queen, Lana would join the Legion of Super-Heroes as an honorary member (just as Jimmy Olsen would as Elastic Lad) in the far future. This twice-up scale page was created in ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 12" x 18".
