Frank Miller Elektra Lives Again Story Page 6 Original Art (Epic, 1990).

A masterpiece page from Miller's most personal graphic novel. This is Story Page 6 from Elektra Lives Again, the 1990 standalone graphic novel published by Epic Comics. It is among the most elaborate and intricately worked pages of the entire book, with Miller's line here appearing almost chiseled into the board.

Architectural precision, sweeping perspective, and confident strokes showcase a mature Frank Miller at the height of his artistic mastery.
Elektra Lives Again was Miller's return to the character he created and tragically killed in his legendary Daredevil run. More than a superhero tale, it is a meditation on grief, obsession, and resurrection -- expressed through a cinematic rhythm and haunting imagery. The book remains a landmark of mature, creator-driven storytelling in American comics, enriched by Lynn Varley's painted colors.

Page 6 is both narratively pivotal and graphically stunning, offering a perfect example of Miller's ability to render architectural detail, mood, and psychological tension with equal mastery. It was selected as a showcase example of the work in the published interview between Will Eisner and Frank Miller (Edizioni Kappa), underlining its recognized importance within the artist's oeuvre.

Original art from Elektra Lives Again is scarce on the market, and pages of this caliber -- dense, finished, and compositionally commanding -- are rarer still. For connoisseurs of modern graphic literature, this is a blue-chip page: Miller's hand at its most deliberate, his vision at its most unflinching.

Heritage has previously offered only a very small number of pages from this modern comic book classic, making this a prize for the discerning collector!

Created in ink and white paint over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 12.5" x 17". Adhesive tape in the upper margin. Minor toning and handling wear. A protective tracing paper overlay is taped to the top margin. In Very Good condition.
