Don Martin MAD #41 Complete 1-Page Gag Original Art (EC, 1958). Martin's screwball sense of humor made him one of the leading Idiots in the Usual Gang of Idiots from MAD. Here he offers the outcome to cheating in chess. Ink over graphite on Bristol board with an oversized matted image area of 17.25" x 19.5". The art is coming loose from the mat, all images are art paste-ups, the title is a reproduced stat paste-up, there is faint toning, with adhesive residue. Image paste-ups are coming loose.
