Description

Darwyn Cooke Parker: The Outfit Story Pages 11 and 12 Original Art (IDW, 2009). While Parker is distracted sending his would-be assassin out the door, his seductive female friend sneaks away with his gun -- a problem he'll have to sort out at a later date. Darwyn Cooke's retro sensibilities are a perfect match for his interpretation of Richard Stark's gritty crime-noir classic, as evidenced on these two pages from "The Outfit". Produced in ink and blue wash shading on bright white twice-up scale Bristol board, with two pages on a single sheet of Bristol, so each page measures 7" x 10.5". Signed by Cooke in the lower right. In Excellent condition.
