Description
Dan Adkins - Sub-Mariner Unpublished Story Pages 9-10 Original Art (Marvel, c. 1960s-70s). Daredevil ropes in a soaring Namor with his billy club, sparking yet another classic Marvel misunderstanding that erupts into a full-blown battle royale. This pair of consecutive unpublished inventory pages by Adkins, who penciled a handful of issues for each series, was likely intended for Tales to Astonish or The Sub-Mariner. Rendered in graphite over blue pencil on Bristol boards with image areas of 10" x 15". Light toning, staining, adhesive residue, smudging, corner creasing, and handling wear.
