Description
Bob Brown and Mike Esposito The Avengers #117 Story Page 3 Original Art (Marvel, 1973). The Swordsman finds a castle in the jungles of Bolivia on this title page from "Chapter 7" of the Avengers/Defenders War where the Avengers' Swordsman faces Valkyrie of the Defenders. Ink over graphite and blue pencil on Bristol board with an image area of 10" x 15". Toning, tape residue staining on the edges, text paste-ups, marginal notes, editorial marks and whiteout corrections, taped paste-ups in the bottom margin, with staining and handling wear.
