Alfredo Alcala Man-Thing #14 Story Pages 3 and 9 Original Art (Marvel, 1975). Alcala's lush, intricate linework brings ghostly pirates, cursed ships, and eerie seascapes vividly to life in this pair of pages unraveling the tragic origin of Maura Spinner and the satyr demon Khordes, whose curse doomed ship and crew centuries ago. Ink over graphite on Bristol boards with image areas of 10" x 15". Toning, 2" tear into Panel 2 of Page 9, slight marker bleed-through, missing text paste-up ("Thrice shall you live"), partially worn whiteout, blue pencil editorial notes/marks, tape over page number and "Continued... " paste-ups, discolored tape on edges, production-trimmed edges, and handling wear. In Very Good condition.
