Description

Alex Toth Hot Wheels #5 Story Page 3 Original Art (DC, 1970). A Cord loses the road, smashes through timber, and settles into a sucking bog. Its driver, "Huff" Braden, staggers out and heads for Metro City. Toth's layouts and staging carried directly into his role designing Hot Wheels for its ABC animated adaptation. Ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 10" x 15". Whiteout text correction and stripped in text correction taped from the back of the page in Panel 4. Slight toning, blue pencil editorial marks, irregularly trimmed top edge, adhesive residue, and light handling wear. In Very Good condition.
