    Description

Steven Butler and Danny Bulanadi Avengers West Coast #70 Splash Page 1 Original Art (Marvel, 1991). Nice lead-in splash of Spider-Woman (Julia Carpenter), who guest-stars in the Roy and Dann Thomas penned story "The Big One! [The Pacific Overlords Part I]". Rendered in ink over graphite on Marvel Bristol board with an image size of 10" x 15.25". The slightly toned board has title and balloon paste-ups, with stat header, credits, and indicia paste-ups at the top and bottom. Note that the indicia is actually for Issue #71 and was incorrectly added to this page. The details of the moon are also covered by a correction paste-up. Production holes on the sides with tape holding some loose paste-ups, and slight residue staining. Signed by Butler in the right side image area. In Very Good condition.
