    Description

Steve Ditko and Don Heck Tales of Suspense #47 Story Page 6 Iron Man vs. the Melter Original Art (Marvel, 1963). Steve Ditko draws an amazing Iron Man, even if he is usually more associated with the invincible Spider-Man! The Armored Avenger was only 10 months old, and still in his Mark II "Golden Armor" at this point! With only four panels, this twice-up scale page is big and bold! It was rendered in ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 12.5" x 18.5". The "continued..." strip in the lower margin is held on with production tape. There are some small creases in the upper right corner. Overall, in Excellent condition.
