    Description

Steve Ditko Amazing Spider-Man #21 Page 19 Original Art (Marvel, 1965). Spider-Man and the Human Torch, aka Johnny Storm, join forces to defeat the villainous Beetle, but at the end of the day, our favorite web-slinger still can't be fully trusted by his ally! What's a poor superhero to do? Rockin', sockin' action from the House of Marvel's most enigmatic artist, Steve Ditko, at the very height of his Silver Age popularity -- it doesn't get much better than this, True Believers!
Finding prime Ditko Spider-Man pages is a task that gets a little harder each day, as these coveted items have a habit of disappearing into collections quickly. Ditko's 38-issue run on the title constitutes some of the best-loved superhero art of the Silver Age, with no shortage of fans and collectors clamoring for a chance to own one of these prized pieces. On the handful of times Heritage has been able to offer a Ditko Spidey page, they almost always go for five figures, with ten to twenty or more bidders eagerly vying for the chance to take one home with them. If you've been waiting for such a page to turn up, better not let the chance pass without placing a bid on this scorcher!
The art is in ink with virtually no white out, on Bristol board, with an approximate image area of 12.5" x 18.5". The art board is remarkably bright and clean, and the artwork itself is in Excellent condition. Trust your spider-senses on this one!
