Steve Ditko Act Four Cover Original Art (Robin Snyder/Steve Ditko, 2010). This art has never before been on the collectors' market! Steve Ditko was one of the architects of the Marvel Universe. In his over 60 year career in comics, he worked for many publishers, most notably during the early Silver Age, co-creating Spider-Man and Doctor Strange for Marvel Comics. Later in life, Ditko retired from mainstream comics and began creating comics featuring brief vignettes and editorial cartoons which he self-published with his former editor Robin Snyder. These stories introduced many new characters, including The Cape, The !?, and The Outline as seen in this cover art. Rendered in ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image size of 8" x 9.75". The board has a tear on the left edge, and the top edge has wrinkling and wear. In Very Good condition.
