Description
Stan Sakai - Usagi Yojimbo Original Art (1990). This original illustration is produced in watercolor on Bristol board with an image area of 8" x 10". Sakai's creator-owned character appeared in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle comics and cartoons, and even got his own action figure in the TMNT line. Note this piece bears Sakai's hanko (Japanese signature stamp), which we understand is a mark of the artist's earlier work, but seldom used in more recent times.
