Description

Todd McFarlane and Rick Magyar Spider-Man #11 Splash Page 10 Original Art (Marvel, 1991). A striking Spidey splash which illustrates McFarlane's mastery of positioning when coming up with new, dynamic visuals of the wall-crawler! Akin to his name, Spider-Man observes the city streets crouched on the side of a building, with the establishing shot being led in with an extreme close-up of the eye and knuckle of our costumed hero. Ink over graphite and blue pencil on Marvel Bristol board with an image area of 10.5" x 15.75". Discolored text paste-ups and two handwritten text replacements done after-the-fact. Residue staining, ink smudging, editorial marks, and light edge/handling wear. Signed by Magyar at the top and in Very Good condition.
