Dramatic image of Daredevil in his original costume (before adopting the two "D"s on his chest) holding the dead body of the man responsible for his father's murder. From the fan-favorite miniseries focused on the early days of Matt Murdock becoming the feared crimefighter. Tim Sale provides the incredible art for the Jeph Loeb story -- the creative team behind many acclaimed series, including the Eisner award-winning Batman: The Long Halloween and Batman: Dark Victory. Ink and wash over graphite on Marvel Bristol board with an image area of 9" x 14". Light rippling and signed by Sale at the top right. In Excellent condition.
