A pivotal issue in the power balance of the Marvel Universe, as Doctor Doom has hi-jacked the entire supply of Wakandan processed Vibranium in the entire world! Backed into a no-win situation, T'Challa make a decision that will have devastating consequences on the economic and political stability of Wakanda and even the the world. This splash page is produced in ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 10.5" x 15.5". Signed in the bottom margin by penciler Scot Eaton. The issue lists inkers as Andy Lanning and Robert Campanella. This page comes with a copy of the published book, signed by Scot Eaton. In Excellent condition.
