DescriptionRoss Andru and Mike Esposito Amazing Spider-Man #179 Splash Page 1 Original Art (Marvel, 1978). You can look, but it is hard to find a Bronze Age splash page with a better shot of both the Green Goblin and Spider-Man! This baby's got full figure images of both (even if Spider-Man can't punch his way out of a plastic bag) flying high over the city in this story titled "The Goblin's Always Greener...!" This was the oft forgotten second Green Goblin, who wore the green from issues #167 to #180. The splash page is produced in ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 10" x 15" (including header and indicia). There is slight tanning, with a small amount of production oil stains along the left side, and a bit of production tape residue in the top and bottom margins. Overall in Very Good condition.
