Mitch Breitweiser Hulk: Raging Thunder #1 Lyra First Appearance Splash Page 23 Original Art (Marvel, 2008). Lyra finally steps out of the shadows here, revealed in full on this splash page after only appearing as a running silhouette on the prior two pages. It's a debut moment with real impact for the future She-Hulk, the daughter of Thundra and Hulk (Bruce Banner), born from Thundra's sneaky plan in "Unbeatable" to secure a warrior heir strong enough to save her people. Like her father, Lyra carries Hulk-level power, but with a sharp twist: the calmer she gets, the stronger she becomes, the inverse of Banner's rage-fueled might. In later stories she takes up the She-Hulk mantle, crosses paths with Jennifer Walters (including the She-Hulks series), and even ties into teams like the Defenders. Ink and white paint highlights over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 10.25" x 16". Signed by Breitweiser in the lower right margin.
