    Description

John Romita Sr. and Mike Esposito (as M. Demeo) Amazing Spider-Man #41 Splash Page 1 Original Art (Marvel, 1966). Ol' Spidey is on the horns of a dilemma, as this issue introduces the Rhino! The "giant web" splash page image was an eye-catcher and makes for an incredible display piece for any collection! The fact that this is from just the third issue of Romita's long run on the title just makes it that much more desirable! A note on the inking credit: while you see Dick Ayers' name lettered here, the printed comic credited M. Demeo, i.e. Mike Esposito -- presumably that correction was made with a pasted-on stat that has gone missing over the years. Produced twice-up scale in ink over graphite and blue pencil on Bristol board with an image area of 12.5" x 18.5" (including the paste-up stat header). In Very Good condition.
