Description
Jim Cheung, John Livesay, and others Young Avengers #11 Double Splash Pages 20-21 Original Art (Marvel, 2006). A poignant double-page cliffhanger splash as Captain America holds a wounded Patriot, shot by a Kree soldier as the New Avengers (Spider-Man, Sentry, Spider-Woman, and Wolverine) and Young Avengers (Kate Bishop, Stature, Hulkling, Wiccan, and Vision) try to prevent another Kree/Skrull War. A star-studded piece as battle ensues between the two warring alien races and Earth's Mightiest Heroes after one of their own falls! Detailed Cheung pencils with credited inks to Livesay, Jay Leisten, Dave Meikis, Matt Ryan, and Jaime Mendoza. Ink over graphite on two separate Marvel Bristol boards with a combined image area of 20.25" x 15.75". Previously conjoined by tape on the back and signed by Cheung in the bottom right corner.
