Gene Colan and Tom Palmer - Tomb of Dracula #4 pages 2 and 3 Original Art (Marvel, 1980). "Magnificent" seems too tame a word to describe this eye-popping two-page splash depicting a clipper ship roiled about in a typhoon -- while Dracula broods. Colan's masterful pencils have been transformed by Palmer's inks into something greater than the sum of its parts. The rain-choked thunderheads, the arc of lightning, the lonely lighthouse -- all brought vividly to life by a pair of artists at the top of their game. This thundering vista would be the gem of any collection, so don't abandon ship -- bid! The combined image area of the two pages measures 21" x 15". The art is in Excellent condition overall, both pages have been mounted to slightly larger sheets of posterboard.
