    Description

Gene Colan and Al Williamson Marvel Comics Presents #105 "Male Bonding Part 5: Through Thick and Thin" Splash Page 1 Original Art (Marvel, 1992). Wolverine and Nightcrawler on horseback? Yep. But leave it to "Gentleman" Gene Colan to make even this peaceful situation feel moody and foreboding! Great page produced in ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 10" x 15.5". Production hole-punched in the side margins, the page is slightly tanned with pinholes, a couple of minor bends, and a gouge in the middle the width of a dime. Some glue residue from paste-up text and logo. It is personalized and signed at the bottom "To My Loving Grandson, David. I Love You, Grandpa". We assume that indicates either Colan or Williamson. Overall in Very Good condition.
