Frank Borth Police Comics #21 Phantom Lady Splash Page Recreation Original Art (1985). Frank Borth recreated his splash page art from the August 1943 issue of Police Comics story, "The Phantom Lady vs. The Spider Widow" in 1985 for Cartoonist Profiles. This superb recreation features Phantom Lady and the Raven and is clean and tight. Taped acetate overlay. Produced in ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 12" by 17".
