Description
David Wright Eyes Left! Pin-Up Painting Original Art (c. 1943). One of Wright's most celebrated pin-up paintings! This striking image was featured in the British illustrated weekly journal, The Sketch, dated February 10, 1943. Gouache on 10.25" x 13.25" art board, partially adhered to a support board. The support board appears to have a partial landscape print on the back, with the title and date of Wright's painting on tape at the top. Signed by Wright in the bottom right corner.
