Charles Vess The Mutant Misadventures of Cloak and Dagger #9 Pin-Up Illustration Original Art (Marvel, 1989). Award-winning fantasy/comic artist Charles Vess, best known for his work with Neil Gaiman on Sandman and Stardust, contributes a beautifully rendered pin-up of Cloak and Dagger for their special giant-sized issue. Vess captures a unique look at the pair, playing on their symbiotic relationship and the interactions between light and dark. Rendered in ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image size of 10.75" x 15.5". Slight toning, horizontal creasing through the center, with light spot staining and handling wear.
