Description
Bob Brown and Jim Mooney Daredevil #111 Splash Page 1 Original Art (Marvel, 1974). First appearance of the Silver Samurai! Also appearing on this very page is an extremely relaxed Shanna the She-Devil. We guess that since he's blind, Daredevil thinks it's okay to just barge into young women's bedrooms at 3 a.m. Both Silver Samurai and Shanna would go on to become fan-favorite characters. Silver Samurai would appear in many stories pitted against Wolverine, and Shanna would move to the Savage Land where she falls in love with Ka-Zar. This great Bronze Age page is ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 10" x 14". Overall the art is in Very Good condition with some tanning, and oil and glue stains.
