His body destroyed in a lab explosion, his chemically altered remains merge with the soil as he becomes Garbage Man! His revenge begins. The dark vigilante is rendered in ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 9" x 14". Minor handling, with a very soft horizontal bend in the lower margin, outside the art area.
