Description
Walt Simonson - Manhunter Sketch Illustration Original Art (1973). The original Manhunter character, co-created by Simonson with writer Archie Goodwin, is rendered here in pure graphite by Simonson. Signed with his characteristic "dinosaur" signature and dated 6-11-73, which pre-dates his first apperances in Detective Comics #437 by over a month. ('Tec #437 hit the stats on 7-31-73.)
