Tim Hildebrandt - Dragon vs Gryphon Sketch Original Art (undated). Tim Hildebrandt (1939-2006) is widely considered one of the premiere fantasy artists of the 20th century. Here is a concept sketch featuring a dragon and a severally outmatched gryphon. Hildrebrandt's name is written in pencil on the bottom right side of the illustration.
