    S. Clay Wilson - Die Wilden Boys Illustration Original Art, Group of 6 (Frankfurt: Zweitausendeins, 1980). William S. Burroughs' coolly brilliant, futuristic tale of global warfare, The Wild Boys, was first published in 1971. The first German edition, Die Wilden Boys (The Wild Boys) was published in 1980, and contained illustrations by Underground legend S. Clay Wilson. These incredible pen-and-ink/blue pencil illustrations have an image area measuring 5" x 9" on heavy sketch paper, and the condition of each piece is Excellent. The titles are "Use Your Knives", "Die Wilden Boys", "Outside in the Summer Night", "Insect Stripper", "Flashback", and "Mocking Phallic"; each is signed and inscribed "to Jesse" by S. Clay Wilson on the back. This is some of Wilson's best pen-and-ink work in years, and the set is really too nice to break up, so dig deep and place a healthy bid on this unholy lot! Adult themes, graphic sexual content. From the collection of Jesse Edwards/JES Archives.
