    Description

Robert Crumb Sketchbook Page Original Art (c. 1961). A shootout leaves one dead cat on the floor in this unsigned page of period-costume doodles, including Fritz the Cat wearing a tie and straw hat. A couple of facial studies adorn the top of the page, which also includes the address for an art instruction course catalog that Robert must have considered sending away for. The art is in pencil on sketchbook paper measuring approximately 5.25" x 8", and was professionally separated from the reverse side of the sketchbook page, then affixed to archival paper. In Very Good condition, with some minor staining.
