    Kenneth Landau Sketch Original Art Group (c. 1940s-60s). Large group of sketches from comic book artist Kenneth Landau, best known for his work on Adventures Into the Unknown. This collection includes a try-out daily comic strip, "Gismo" plus a letter from Mirror Enterprises Syndicate; several pages of profile sketches, gag cartoon panels, drawings of horses and cats, notes and reference photos, and one very risque tightly penciled illustration of a college instructor being "serviced" by a female student, drawn on clear vellum. Most pieces are in ink and graphite on paper or Bristol board. Average Very Good condition. Also included is a two-page fact sheet about the artist.
