    Jaymar Artist - "Time for Beany" Frame Tray Jigsaw Puzzle Illustration Original Art (Jaymar, circa 1950). On February 28th, 1949, the first episode of Bob Clampett’s program "Time For Beany" appeared on KTLA-TV in Los Angeles. It was broadcast live five days a week, 52 weeks a year, for 5 years, originating from the Paramount Television studios. The program drew an audience of both children, for the puppet animation, and adults for the witty, often biting dialogue. This early Jaymar puzzle features the freckle-faced Beany, and the lovable and most stout-hearted hero of all heroes, Cecil the Seasick Sea Serpent. The art has an image area of 13" x 10" and is in Excellent condition. Includes a copy of the original "Time for Beany" Frame Tray Jigsaw Puzzle.
