Description

Charles Schulz - Snoopy as Fierce Vulture Sketch Original Art (c. 1965). A large, fluid sketch, done for one of the artist's "chalk talks," of Snoopy as his "Fierce Vulture" alter ego. The Fierce Vulture first appeared in 1958 and recurred over the years -- Snoopy would be waiting to pounce on an unsuspecting victim, which always failed. Charles Schulz is world renowned for his Peanuts comic strip and the characters everyone has come to know and love. Of all the characters, none are more loved than Snoopy! Black crayon on toned paper with an image area of 24" x 31". Rolled, the paper is mounted to art paper, with edge and corner creasing and wear. In Very Good condition.
