Sheldon Moldoff Batman vs. the Joker Original Art (c. 1980s). "Shelly" Moldoff resurrects his Golden Age style, with a classic view of the Batman facing a chronic enemy. A colorful, captivating image by a first-generation master of comic-book storytelling. Inked and hand-colored in marker, this 11.5" x 19" piece has been matted and framed to an overall size of 16" x 13". Many of Moldoff's pieces from this period involve re-creations of Golden Age funnybook covers (vertical compositions), so this horizontal layout is unusual. The art is in Excellent condition.
