    Description

Russ Manning, Paul Norris, and Mike Royer Magnus Robot Fighter #28, page 4 Original Art (Gold Key, 1969). Manning's futuristic Magnus epic draws to a close in this dynamic exit issue, which combines scattered Manning pencil-panels with overall pencilling by Norris and inking by scriptwriter Royer. (Royer's breakthrough as a Jack Kirby collaborator lay about a year into the future.) In a signed note on the reverse, Royer describes the combination of talents on this page and in the issue as a class. The approximate image area is 12" x 18", and the art is in Excellent condition.
