DescriptionRon Wilson, Mark Wheatley, and Reggie Byers - Superman Reimagined Illustrations Original Art Group of 3 (1981-85). A Super-Fan started a collection of commission sketches with a theme. He asked artists for their own interpretation on "Superman". The results were varies and fascinating! Ron Wilson is well-known as a Bronze and Modern Day Marvel Artist. The Mark Wheatley piece seems to be signed by Marc Hempel as well. It has a World War II setting, owing to Superman's 1938 origin. Reggie Byers was the artist on many issues of Robotech for Comico from 1985-1986. This color piece by him reflects an Anime feel. His was created in ink and color marker over blue pencil on 8.5" x 14" paper. The other two are ink over graphite on paper with an image area of approximately 8.5" x 12". These are in Very Good condition.
