    Robert Crumb Mr. Natural Episode #3 Single-Page Comic Strip Original Art dated 2-9-76 (The Village Voice, 1976). Billy Bob, the most devoted fanboy of that charlatan-guru Mr. Natural, suffers rejection by his idol. Crumb's backhanded commentary on his own uninvited fame originated in the weekly Village Voice, then saw print again in Kitchen Sink Press' Mr. Natural #3 in 1977, and again in The Complete Crumb Comics Vol. 11 in 1995. Ink over graphite on Bristol board. Image area, 12.75" x 9". Designated as Episode #3 at upper right. The board is lightly toned, with some minor stains in the margins and in the last panel. In Very Good condition. From the Estate of Jeff Gorrell.
