    Description

Robert Crumb Big Ass Comics #1 "All Meat Comics" Page 1 Original Art (Rip Off Press, 1969). R. Crumb really unlocks his id and lets it all out in the open, in this incredible and historic three-page strip. In this first page, Crumb lets loose in seven panels of pure, unfiltered fantasy, most of it heavily sexual. Crumb managed to lose a few fans when this story first saw print; women especially were offended by Crumb's casual approach to taboo subjects, several of which he cheerfully depicts here. The mind boggles! Ink and Zipatone on bristol, with an image area of approximately 8" x 12.25". Two type corrections were cut in and attached from the back with masking tape. Overall, the art is in Excellent condition. Adult content. From the Jack Jackson ("Jaxon") Collection.
