Robert Crumb American Splendor #8 "The Last Supper" Inside Front Cover Original Art (Harvey Pekar, 1983). The late Harvey Pekar (1939-2010) was a genius at capturing overheard conversations in his comic story scripts. This one-pager, originally published as the inside front cover to the eighth issue of his self-published American Splendor comic magazine, features dialogue one would only find in Pekar workplace story. It was nicely illustrated by his long-time friend Robert Crumb in ink over light graphite with whiteout and Zipatone shading film on a spiral-bound sheet of Bristol board, with an approximate image area of 9.5" x 13".
