Wayne Boring and Stan Kaye Action Comics #198 Story Page 12 Original Art (DC, 1954). This page is pure 1950s Atom Age Superman, with nosey headline-hustler Lois Lane having had a case of radiation exposure earlier in the story. This page gives us a typical Lois-accuses-Clark-of-being-Superman trope. Very fine work by Boring, one of the definitive Superman artists -- whose art was never... uh, boring. Lois' stylish wardrobe here appears to consist of a man's sleeveless dress shirt with gloves. Ink over graphite on Bristol board, with an image area of 13" x 19". Excellent condition.
